Solera Audatex needed a complete AV solution and hybrid working ecosystem for their new HQ in Bracknell. The challenge was standardisation, four separate office buildings, meeting environments ranging from two-person huddle spaces to a 200-capacity auditorium, all needing to feel and function the same way.
IUF designed and delivered a Microsoft Teams Rooms certified solution using accredited hardware, creating a consistent and intuitive experience across every space in the estate.
Collaboration with global teams was a priority, so camera and microphone technology was selected to allow participants to move freely throughout each room while still being seen and heard clearly by everyone on the call.
The full deployment was completed across all four buildings within 46 weeks.

From a two-person huddle space to a 200-capacity auditorium, every environment needed to work identically within the Microsoft Teams ecosystem. Staff connecting from Bracknell to colleagues anywhere in the world needed the same quality, the same simplicity, the same result.
The estate covers:
- Two-person huddle areas – compact spaces with the same Teams certified experience as every other room in the building
